Lataya Thompson To All Instructors

Lataya Thompson is a Registered Nurse who has spent the past two years teaching Health Sciences. Prior to teaching, she worked as a school nurse.

Originally from southern West Virginia, Lataya and her husband moved to the Inwood area six years ago, where they are raising their two children. Having previously homeschooled, she is excited to be returning to that journey with her youngest child while becoming involved in the SAIL community.

When she’s not teaching or spending time with her family, Lataya enjoys reading, traveling, supporting local community events, and operating her family’s small business, Sunset Slush of the Eastern Panhandle.
